    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your wellness and current season of life and/or matrescence. Together we will discuss your individual goals and develop a tailored plan to guide you toward a nourished life filled with a sense of purpose and connection.

    Everyone has their own obstacles to reaching wellness and contentment. Whether you’re dealing with food allergies, struggling in the season of life or motherhood you’re in, or experiencing overwhelm, I will work with your individual strengths in order for you to thrive.

    Since wellness and nourishment is about far more than just physical health, I take a holistic approach. We will address all areas of your life and how they interact and impact your state of being, eg. fulfillment in relationships, your unique womanhood/motherhood experience, nervous system regulation, gut health and movement. I use framework from Seasons of Matrescence® and Integrative Nutrition to support you in the most integrative and holistic way.

Pregnancy and prenatal mentoring

Preparing to conceive and becoming pregnant are ideal times to focus on nourishment of your body and mind, as well as learning what to expect in the various stages of motherhood. In our individualised coaching sessions I will teach you:

  • How to tune in to the season of pregnancy you are navigating, and what to expect in upcoming seasons

  • How to feel confident and prepared for each Season of Matrescence®

  • How to prepare for welcoming a new baby into your family

  • How to tune in to your intuition and what your body is telling you

  • How to make informed and confident choices surrounding your birth and transition to motherhood/transition to a larger family

  • How to lessen overwhelm and enjoy a more regulated nervous system, particularly if you are a highly sensitive person

  • How to maximise your postpartum support & find a sense of community

  • How to optimise your sleep cycle

  • How to create nourishing meals and meal prep for the days you’re too tired to cook
